Ingridients:
- 1 piece tom yum paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped (optional)
- 2 celery, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 Lemongrass
- 5 button mushrooms, diced
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 5 large prawns
- 2 cups (480 ml) water
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Set water to boil in a pot
- Add the tom yum paste to the boiling water
- Put garlic, celery, tomatoes, lemongrass, mushrooms, chicken and prawns inside the pot. Leave to boil
- Add chicken, salt and pepper. Leave to boil for another 10 – 15 minutes, until the smell of the soup wafts around the kitchen or until the oil from the tom yum soup appears on the surface on the soup
